A moment of forgetfullness means I score a BIG FAT 0 today!
So this morning I forgot to put on my FitBit and I only realised when I went to bed…
My rules are strict (no do-overs and my FitBit miles as word) so today I get a 0 towards this weeks goal of 30 miles!
Not a good start to my week, yet I won’t let this setback get me down and have simply re-ajusted my daily walking goal to 5 miles per day.
I CAN and I WILL do this
